We have a run of four of these quite visual twin armed robot arms. These were originally used for loading/unloading silicon wafers under clean room conditions in a semiconductor fabrication lab. The articulating arms can be moved & swivelled by applying sufficient force. It would not be difficult to attach some kind of accessory to the ends. With some effort these could be made to move again electrically. Be warned though that robotics are never simple so don't expect this to happen with just a few days notice.
