Large electrical voltage controller wheel

Used for adjusting the mains voltage using a variable transfromer or Variac. Turning the large 6" diameter wheel varies the mains voltage from zero up to the maximum. This would have been used for controlling the speed of a powerful electric motor or for high brightness lamp dimming. Heavily built unit on castors. Good dressing for garage or industrial scenes. We can supply a separate meter or gauge for displaying the voltage.
