Practical giant British Rail digital station flap clock

This was the type of clock that used to hang above the platforms in almost every major station until privatisation. It's an electromechanical clock with day-glo numeric segments so is visible in direct sunlight or in low light thanks to its built in flourescent light illuminator. Makes a gentle clunk every second to remind you that time stops for no one. We supply this with a laptop controller so that preset times can be jumped to for easy continuity etc. The minutes & hours digits are 20cms high so can be read from the other end of the platform.

Please note that this cannot be made to count down, only upwards.
